3 Killed, 4 Injured in Crash on Interstate 15

SUV, Semi Truck Collide in Fatal Baker Accident 

Baker, CA (August 8, 2020) – Three people were killed and four others were injured in a crash in Baker. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of August 8 on Interstate 15.

An SUV rear-ended a semi truck on northbound Interstate 15. The SUV caught fire and quickly spread to the semi truck, which was loaded with clothing. Three people – a 15-year-old, a child and their mother – were airlifted to a local hospital. In all, three people suffered moderate injuries and another suffered critical injuries. Three people died at the accident scene.
