Single-Vehicle Accident in Tracy Leads to Fatality
Tracy, CA (December 29, 2018) – A single-vehicle crash in Tracy has killed three people. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of December 29 at Grant Line and MacArthur roads.
The driver of a vehicle was speeding and lost control. The vehicle hit a curb and exited the roadway after striking a curb at the intersection of Grant Line and MacArthur roads. The vehicle then hit a fire hydrant and multiple trees.
Six people, all from Tracy, were inside the car. Three people were killed. Those who died ranged in age from 15 to 22 years old.
One person is in critical condition. Two others are hospitalized with injuries but are expected to survive. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
