Wrong-Way Accident in Fairfield Causes Major Injuries

Fairfield, CA (June 21, 2020) – Four people were injured in a crash in Fairfield. The accident occurred just after midnight on June 21 on Interstate 80.

A vehicle was traveling in the wrong direction on eastbound Interstate 80, near Red Top Road, when it crashed. Four people were taken to local trauma centers. They suffered injuries ranging from minor to critical. The crash is under investigation.
