Sacramento, CA (October 5, 2019) – Five people were injured in a crash in Sacramento. The accident occurred on the morning of October 5 at Del Paso Boulevard and Glenrose Avenue.

A car crashed at the intersection for unknown reasons. The victims had to be rescued from the vehicle. Five people were injured and treated for their injuries. All are expected to survive.

The database contains medical device reports submitted to the FDA via its Alternative Summary Reporting Program from 1999 to 2019. Reports which were sent to this database were not, until recently, made public. The Alternative Summary Reporting Program is a non-public database, unlike the FDA’s MAUDE database which publicly logs medical device failures or defects for public review.
