Amy Litteral Killed in Crash at Winchester and Thompson Roads

Joshua A. Morris Arrested for DUI in Fatal Winchester Accident 

Winchester, CA (May 22, 2020) – A woman was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Winchester. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of May 22 at Winchester and Thompson roads.

A Kia Optima was heading south on Winchester Road when it rear-ended a Ford Fusion at the intersection. The Ford then hit a Toyota Corolla that was turning.

The driver of the Ford, identified as Amy Litteral, 43, of Winchester, was taken to a local hospital, where she later died. A passenger in the Kia, a woman from Temecula, was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Kia, Joshua A. Morris, 34, was arrested for DUI.
