Boy Injured in Bicycle Crash on Civic Center Drive


Stephen Anthony Marteo Arrested in Rohnert Park Accident

Rohnert Park, CA (June 7, 2020) – A boy was injured in a bicycle crash in Rohnert Park. The accident occurred on the evening of June 7 on Civic Center Drive.

An 11-year-old boy was riding his bicycle in the 900 block of Civic Center Drive when he was hit by a truck. The boy was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. 

The truck fled the scene and was seen driving away on Country Club Drive. A police officer arrested the truck driver at his house. He was identified as Stephen Anthony Marteo, 28, of Cotati. He was booked into Sonoma County Jail, where he faces charges of DUI, felony hit and run and violation of probation. His bail was set at $110,000.
