Constance Addison Arrested for Causing Yuba City Accident
Yuba City, CA (October 7, 2019) – A boy was injured in a hit and run crash in Yuba City. The accident occurred on the morning of October 7 on Franklin Road.
A 13-year-old boy was hit by a car on Franklin Road, near Lindsey Lane. The driver, Constance Addison, 36, fled the accident scene. She had her three children with her.
Police officers later found Addison at her home on Gurdas Court. She was taken into custody. She was arrested and charged with felony DUI, felony hit and run and child endangerment. The boy is currently hospitalized in critical condition.
