Boy Killed in Crash at Sunnyvale Avenue and Becerra Way


Boy Jumped on Hood of Car, Run Over in Fatal Sacramento Accident

Sacramento, CA (March 13, 2020) – A teen was killed in a crash in Sacramento. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of March 13 at Sunnyvale Avenue and Becerra Way. 

The 14-year-old boy was killed near Mira Loma High School. The boy did not attend the school, but the driver died. 

The 14-year old jumped on the hood of an Infiniti Coupe being driven by a 17-year-old boy. The Infiniti was heading west on Sunnyvale Avenue at the time of the crash. The 14-year-old boy came off the hood and was hit by the Infiniti.

The boy died at the accident scene. The driver stopped and stayed at the crash site. The crash is under investigation.
