Boy Killed in DUI Crash on Highway 20 Near S. Tarke Road


Tony Daniel Kesterson Arrested for Causing Fatal Colusa Accident

Colusa, CA (April 19, 2020) – A boy was killed in a DUI crash in Colusa. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of April 19 on Highway 20.

Tony Daniel Kesterson, 29, and a 10-year-old boy, both from Colusa, were speeding in a Ford Fusion down Highway 20, near S. Tarke Road, when they crashed into a concrete wall. An oncoming pickup truck crashed into the car.

The boy died at the accident scene. Kesterson suffered major injuries. He was arrested and charged with DUI and vehicular manslaughter. Bail has been set for $150,000.
