Cal/OSHA Fines 6 Employers

Bay Area Companies Failed to Protect Employees From Coronavirus

Bay Area, CA (September 4, 2020) – On September 4, Cal/OSHA announced that it had cited six employers in the Bay Area for failing to protect employees against the coronavirus.

The six companies that were fined are Serve Max Farm Labor in Vacaville, Uni-Kool Partners in Salinas, Michel Labor Services Inc. in Dixon, Sutter Bay Medical Foundation in Berkeley, Ruiz Farm Labor in Dixon, and Grocery Outlet Bargain Market in Santa Clara. The penalties range from $2,000 to $11,700.
