Celia Demolina Killed in Crash at San Pablo Avenue and 23rd Street

Kelly Lynch Arrested for Hit and Run in Fatal San Pablo Accident 

San Pablo, CA (October 5, 2020) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian crash in San Pablo. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of October 5 at San Pablo Avenue and 23rd Street.

Celia Demolina, 88, was hit by a vehicle at the intersection. Emergency crews tried to save her, but she died from her injuries. 

The vehicle fled the accident scene. Police used cameras to identify the suspect vehicle, a Ford pickup truck. Officers arrested Kelly Lynch, 64, at his home in Pinole. He is in jail on charges of felony hit and run and a felony probation violation.
