Victim Hit by Car in Fatal Livingston Accident

Livingston, CA (August 6, 2020) – A woman was killed in a crash in Livingston. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of August 6 on Highway 99. 

Charlene Webb was running across northbound Highway 99, near Sultana Drive, when she was hit by a Toyota. The driver stopped and moved the woman out of the road and onto the median. However, the woman died at the accident scene.
