Victim Was Riding Electric Bike in Fatal San Jose Accident

San Jose, CA (December 31, 2020) – A child was killed in a crash in San Jose. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of December 31 at Santee and McQuesten drives.

A child was riding an electric bike when he was hit by a pickup truck at an intersection. The driver was pulling into an apartment complex at the time of the crash. The child was killed. The driver remained at the accident scene.
