Christopher Herrera Killed in Crash on Interstate 210 Near Fruit Street


Karen D. Floresarrelano Arrested for DUI, Hit and Run in Fatal La Verne Accident

La Verne, CA (September 14, 2020) – A man was killed in a drunk driving crash in La Verne. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of September 14 on Interstate 210.

Karen Floresarrelano, 24, was driving a BMW 528i on eastbound Interstate 210, near Fruit Street, when she hit a tow truck driver who was helping a disabled motorist on the shoulder. The man, identified as Christopher Herrera, 40, of La Habra, died at the accident scene. Floresarrelano was arrested and charged with DUI and hit and run.
