Man Dies in Fatal Nipomo Pedestrian Accident

Nipomo, CA (August 16, 2019) – A man was killed in a pedestrian crash in Nipomo. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of August 16 on Teftt Street.

Erick Sanchez, 29, of Nipomo, was turning left on Teftt Street when he hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk. The pedestrian, identified as 53-year-old Christopher Martin Ramirez from Nipomo, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
