
Cindi Darrelyn Zerovs, Mitchell Tyler Wade Killed in Crash on Pacific Coast Highway Near Warner Avenue
2 Vehicles Collide Head-on in Fatal Huntington Beach Accident
Huntington Beach, CA (January 19, 2021) – Two people were killed in a crash in Huntington Beach. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of January 19 on Pacific Coast Highway.
Eric Kinser, 35, of Sunset Beach, was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck on northbound Pacific Coast Highway, near Warner Avenue, when he veered into the adjacent lane and collided head-on with a Toyota Solara driven by Mitchell Tyler Wade, 19, of Newport Beach. A Lexus RX350, driven by Cindi Darrelyn Zerovs, 71, of Huntington Beach, was also involved in the crash.
Zerovs died at the accident scene. A passenger in the Lexus, a 45-year-old woman, was hospitalized with moderate injuries. Wade was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. Kinser was also hospitalized with unknown injuries. He was then arrested for drunk driving.
