Contractor Injured in Truck Theft at Beaumont Avenue and Oak Valley Parkway


Man Thrown from Bucket in Beaumont Accident

Beaumont, CA (October 8, 2020) – A contractor was injured in a theft incident in Beaumont. The accident occurred on the morning of October 8 at Beaumont Avenue and Oak Valley Parkway. 

The contractor was working at the intersection. He was in the extended bucket of his work truck when a thief entered his vehicle and drove off. The suspect drove along as the bucket hit power lines and other utility cables. The worker was eventually thrown from the bucket and seriously injured.

The suspect crashed into a tree at Cherry Avenue then fled the accident scene. There is no suspect description.
