Man Electrocuted While Installing Generator in Corona

Corona, CA (August 28, 2020) – A contractor was killed while installing a generator in Corona. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of August 28 at Santana Park.

The accident occurred while the man was working at the Garretson Blend Site. The contractor who was roughly 30 years old, was electrocuted as he installed the generator. He had a seizure and later died from his injuries. 

Cal/OSHA is investigating the accident.
