DUI Pedestrian Accident in Los Osos Kills Pastor Dale Paulsen
Los Osos, CA (November 19, 2018) – A pastor was killed in a hit and run accident in Los Osos. The fatal crash happened on the evening of November 19 on Ramona Avenue.
The victim, identified as Dale Paulsen, 67, from Los Osos, was walking along the side of the road on the 500 block of Ramona Avenue when he was hit by a Toyota pickup. The driver Emily Bales, 24, also from Los Osos, fled the accident scene.
Paulsen, who served as the pastor of Morro Bay Presbyterian Church, later died. Bales was later caught and arrested. She faces several felony charges, including drunk driving.
