Daniel Patten II Killed in Crash on 230th Street

3 Others Injured in Fatal Carson Accident

Carson, CA (December 25, 2020) – A man was killed and three others were injured in a crash in Carson. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of December 25 on 230th Street.

A car plowed into a crowd during an illegal street racing event in the 900 block of 230th Street. Hundreds of cars and people were gathered on the street when two racing vehicles collided. One hit four people. One person, identified as Daniel Patten II, 66, of Long Beach, was killed in the crash.
