San Jose, CA (February 23, 2020) – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in San Jose. The fatal accident occurred on February 23 at Highway 87 and Highway 85.

A man was riding a Yamaha motorcycle on Highway 85 when he crashed into a concrete wall. The rider was ejected from his bike. He went over the wall and fell off the Highway 85 connector ramp. He landed onto a dirt patch. The victim, identified as Darwin Cardenas-Cardona, 33, from Salinas, died at the accident scene.

New York Child Victims Act Extended By One Year

you can file an anonymous sex trafficking lawsuit for compensation New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law on Monday which will extend the Child Victims Act by a year. Child sex abuse survivors, including survivors of abuse at the hands of Boy Scouts of America or Catholic clergy, will now have until August 14, 2021 to file claims in New York. The signing allows survivors of all ages to file claims against their alleged abusers which would have previously been barred by time.
