Motorcycle, Passenger Vehicle Collide in Fatal Concord Accident

Concord, CA (April 24, 2020) – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Concord. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of April 24 at Clayton Road and Heather Drive.

David Hopfner, 18, was riding a motorcycle west on Clayton Road when he collided with a car at the intersection. Hopfner was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The driver of the car, a 46-year-old Pittsburg resident, remained at the accident scene.
