David Ring Dies in Dos Palos Accident Involving Dog, DUI
Dos Palos, CA (October 22, 2018) – A man has died in a motorcycle accident after hitting a dog in Dos Palos. The fatal crash occurred on the morning of October 22 on Valeria Avenue.
The victim has been identified as David Ring of Dos Palos. He was driving his motorcycle on Valeria Avenue, just past Bryant avenue, when he hit a dog. Ring was ejected from the motorcycle. He was hit by a car moments later.
The driver of the car claimed he could not see anything on the roadway. He remained at the accident scene. However, police noticed the driver, identified as Leroy Conley, 38, had alcohol on his breath. He was arrested for felony DUI.
