Man Crashes ATV in Fatal Forestville Accident

Forestville, CA (March 16, 2020) – A tree worker was killed while performing services for Mountain F Enterprises. The fatal accident occurred on March 16 on private property in Forestville. 

Modesto resident David Romero Mendoza, 31, was working for tree cutting service Mountain F Enterprises. He was driving an ATV on private property near Highway 116 and Martinelli Road when he lost control and crashed. Mendoza died in the accident.

Cal-OSHA is investigating the accident to determine if any possible violations of workplace safety regulations occurred. The agency has six months to issue any citations.
