Police Looking for SUV in Fatal Hit and Run Accident in Elk Grove

Elk Grove, CA (November 7, 2019) – An elderly man was killed in a hit and run crash in Elk Grove. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of November 7 on Waterman Road.

Edward Villasenor, 85, was walking on the shoulder of Waterman Road when he was hit by an SUV. The driver then dragged Villasenor dozens of feet and sped off.

Police are still looking for the suspect vehicle, described as a red SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer, with front-end damage. The driver is described as a Hispanic or white man.
