Valley Center, CA (March 3, 2020) – A man was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Valley Center. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of March 3 on Valley Center Road.

An 85-year-old man was driving a Ford Ranger on Valley Center Road when he drifted over the double yellow lines. The Ranger sideswiped a Chevrolet Tahoe and then hit a Chevrolet Silverado head-on. 

The driver of the Ranger died at the accident scene. The man driving the Silverado suffered minor injuries. An 89-year-old woman who was a passenger in the Silverado was hospitalized with unknown injuries. The driver of the Tahoe was not injured.
