Salinas, CA (May 6, 2020) – An employee of A. Oseguera Company Inc. was killed in a crash in Salinas. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of May 6 near Espinosa and Christensen roads.

An employee with A. Oseguera Company Inc. – a harvesting and packing company – was driving a Dodge Ram 4500 on a dirt road when he put the vehicle in reverse. He ran over a pedestrian – another worker – who was behind them. The pedestrian was killed in the crash.

The driver is cooperating with authorities. No charges have been filed. Cal/OSHA is investigating the accident. The Monterey County Coroner’s Office will identify the victim at a later date.
