Kevin Guardado Arrested for DUI in Fatal Santa Ana Accident

Santa Ana, CA (June 23, 2020) – A man was killed in a DUI crash in Santa Ana. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of June 23 at Bristol Street and McFadden Avenue.

Francisco Torivioa, 41, was hit by a BMW while walking in a crosswalk at the intersection. The driver, Kevin Guardado, 26, was taken into custody and charged with DUI.
