Motorcycle Loses Control in Fatal Copperopolis Accident

Copperopolis, CA (February 10, 2021) – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Copperopolis. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of February 10 on Highway 4.

Gary Steven Ribeira, Jr., 47, was driving a Yamaha R1 on Highway 4, near Horseshoe Road, when he lost control on a curve. He went off the road and crashed. Ribeira, Jr. died at the accident scene.
