San Diego, CA (December 4, 2019) – A Good Samaritan was hit by a car while assisting a crash victim in San Diego. The accident occurred on the morning of December 4 on Interstate 8.

A car was traveling west on Interstate 8, near Interstate 805, when it rolled over and stopped upside down in the road. The male driver of the car was ejected.

The driver of an SUV pulled over to assist the crash victim, but was hit by a car as he crossed the road. Both the Good Samaritan and the driver of the crashed car were injured and taken to a local hospital. The driver who hit the Good Samaritan remained at the accident scene.
