2 Vehicles Involved in Merced Accident
Merced, CA (January 29, 2020) – A woman was injured in a crash in Merced. The accident occurred on the morning of January 29 at Santa Fe Drive and Avenue Two.
Luis Montenegro, 65 of Winton, was driving a Toyota Solara east on Santa Fe Drive. James Macminn, 54, of Merced, was heading west in a Ford F-150 when he turned into the path of the Toyota. Both vehicles collided.
A passenger in the Toyota, 52-year-old Guadalupe Montenegro from Winton, suffered moderate injuries and was airlifted to a local hospital. The drivers complained of pain, but were not taken to a hospital.
