6 Vehicles Involved in Fatal Desert Hot Springs Accident

Desert Hot Springs, CA (September 2, 2019) – A man and a woman were killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Desert Hot Springs. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of September 2 at Palm Drive and 20th Avenue.

Six cars were involved in a crash at the intersection. One vehicle was on its side. People were trapped inside two of the vehicles. Desert Hot Springs resident Guadalupe Perez, 34, and Dawn Andrus-Schienker, 64, from Joshua Tree, died at the accident scene. Nine others were injured and taken to a local hospital.
