Driver Flees Scene of Fatal Ceres Accident

Ceres, CA (September 29, 2020) – A man was killed in a hit and run crash in Ceres. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of September 29 on Mitchell Road.

A van was traveling on Mitchell Road when it hit a pedestrian in the turn lane. The van stopped momentarily and then fled the accident scene. The pedestrian, identified as Isaac Ishak, 56, of Ceres, died in the crash. 

The driver of the van is described as a Hispanic man in his 30s with short hair. The vehicle was possibly a Dodge Caravan with a broken windshield.
