2 Vehicles Collide Head-on in Fatal Sacramento Accident

Sacramento, CA (June 19, 2020) – Two people were killed in a head-on crash in Sacramento. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of June 19 on Interstate 5.

A Subaru was traveling in the wrong direction when it collided with a Honda on southbound Interstate 5, near Powerline Road. The driver of the Honda, James Raymond Fristoe, 60, and the driver of the Subaru, a 49-year-old man from Sonoma, died at the accident scene. A 56-year-old woman in the Honda was hospitalized with serious injuries.
