Children Die in Fatal Multi-Vehicle Accident in San Bernardino

San Bernardino, CA (August 27, 2019) – A teen was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in San Bernardino. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of August 27 at North Sierra Way and West 18th Street.

A pedestrian, a motorcycle and several vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons. Jason Xavier Castellanos, 14, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

Heather Durham, a 10-year-old girl, was a passenger on the motorcycle. She suffered fatal injuries. She was taken to a local hospital, where she later died.
