Marcos Torres Arrested for DUI in Fatal Chowchilla Accident

Chowchilla, CA (November 8, 2019) – A teen was killed in a DUI crash in Chowchilla. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of November 8 at 5th Street and Ventura Avenue.

A truck and sedan collided at 5th Street and Ventura Avenue. The driver of the truck, Marcos Torres, 24, of Chowchilla, was driving drunk when he hit the sedan.

Several people in the sedan suffered moderate to severe injuries. Jaycee Willet, 15, died from her injuries. Torres was arrested for felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
