Calpella, CA (January 28, 2020) – One person was killed in a crash in Calpella. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of January 28 on State Route 20.

Joseph Denson, 32, from Ukiah, was traveling east on State Route 20 when he lost control of his Mercedes 250. At the same time, Christian Hunt, 48, from Lakeport, was traveling west in a Jeep Cherokee. Both vehicles collided at the intersection of State Route 20 and Road A. 

Denson was killed in the crash. Hunt was hospitalized with moderate injuries. 

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the friends and loved ones of Joseph Denson.
