Bryanna Neri Arrested in Fatal DUI Accident in Cerritos
Cerritos, CA (December 2, 2018) – An alleged drunk driver was arrested for causing an accident in Cerritos. The fatal crash happened on the morning of December 2 on the 91 Freeway.
Two vehicles collided on the eastbound 91 freeway, near Bloomfield Avenue. Bryanna Neri, 22, of Fullerton, lost control of her Acura Integra and hit a Tesla Model 3 driven by Marlon Choyce, 39, of Lake Elsinore.
About a minute later, Joseph Fodor, 55, of Brea hit the Acura while riding a Honda motorcycle. Fodor was ejected from his motorcycle. He died at the accident scene.
Just moments later, Christine Nauta, 37, of Buena Park, was driving a Jeep Cherokee when she also hit the Acura. Nauta, Neri and Choyce were not injured in the crash. However, Neri was arrested for DUI.
