Julian Moors Killed in Crash on 60 Freeway Near Garey Avenue


Car Loses Tire, Hits Motorcycle in Fatal Pomona Accident

Pomona, CA (May 1, 2020) – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Pomona. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of May 1 on the 60 Freeway. 

A Mercedes-Benz CL550 was traveling on the 60 Freeway, near Garey Avenue. The Mercedes, driven by a 29-year-old man from Compton, lost a tire. A BMW motorcycle driven by Julian Moors, 44, hit the tire, causing the motorcycle to overturn.

Moors was then hit by a 37-year-old Lynwood woman driving a Kia Sportage. Moors died from his injuries.
