Good Samaritan Hit by Car in Fatal Fowler Accident 

Fowler, CA (February 10, 2021) – A Good Samaritan was killed in a crash in Fowler. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of February 10 on Highway 99.

A Hyundai and a big rig collided on northbound Highway 99, near Manning Avenue. A Good Samaritan, identified as Juliana Ramos, 27, of Reedley, pulled over to assist. She was hit by an SUV. She died at the accident scene. 

The driver of the Hyundai was hospitalized with major injuries. The driver of the SUV fled the crash site. It is described as a red or burgundy vehicle with possible damage.
