Sandra Wickstead Intentionally Kills Pray in Claremont Accident

Claremont, CA (November 3, 2018) – A woman intentionally hit and killed a bicyclist in Claremont. The fatal accident happened on the morning of November 3 on Mills Avenue.

Sandra Wickstead, 61, of Claremont was arrested for intentionally causing the accident at the 1900 block of Mills Avenue. She faces murder charges for hitting Leslie Pray, 55, also from Claremont. Pray died at the accident scene.

The suspect and victim did not know each other. Police say speed was a factor in the crash.
