Lydia Salinas Killed in Crash on Visalia Road

Delfino Santillan Arrested for DUI in Fatal Farmersville Accident

Farmersville, CA (June 26, 2020) – A woman was killed in a DUI crash in Farmersville. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of June 26 on Visalia Road.

Farmersville resident Delfino Santillan was driving a Honda Civic in the wrong direction on Visalia Road, near Road 176, when he collided head-on with a Toyota Camry. The driver of the Camry, identified as 61-year-old Lydia Salinas, died at the accident scene. 

Santillan and his passenger suffered major injuries and were taken to a local hospital. Neither were wearing seat belts. Santillan was later arrested for felony gross vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of drugs.
