Man Injured in Agriculture Accident on County Road 79


Victim Suffers Leg Injury in Capay Incident

Capay, CA (October 30, 2020) – A man was injured in an agriculture accident in Capay. The incident occurred on the morning of October 30 on County Road 79.

The accident happened in the 20000 block of County Road 79. Two men were using a tractor-mounted auger to dig holes for planting trees. One of the men became entangled with the equipment. He suffered a serious leg injury and was airlifted to a local hospital. Cal/OSHA has been notified of the incident.
