Man Injured in Crash at Soquel Drive and North Rodeo Gulch Road

Victim Hit by Vehicle in Soquel Accident 

Soquel, CA (December 20, 2020) – A man was injured in a pedestrian crash in Soquel. The accident occurred on the evening of December 20 at Soquel Drive and North Rodeo Gulch Road.

A 27-year-old Santa Cruz man was walking in a crosswalk at the intersection when he was hit by a Honda Accord. He went up onto the hood of the car and the driver hit the brakes. The Honda hit a metal guardrail, ejecting the man onto a grassy area. The man suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
