Los Angeles, CA (September 15, 2019) – A man was injured after his car crashed down a cliff in Los Angeles. The accident occurred on the evening of September 15 on Mulholland Drive.

A McLaren 720S flew off Mulholland Drive and down a hill near Deep Canyon Drive. The car and driver were found by a rescue helicopter. The 50-year-old male driver hurt his ribs, but was conscious. He was airlifted to a local hospital.

The database contains medical device reports submitted to the FDA via its Alternative Summary Reporting Program from 1999 to 2019. Reports which were sent to this database were not, until recently, made public.
