Bicyclist Hit by Vehicle in El Cajon Accident

El Cajon, CA (February 3, 2021) – A bicyclist was injured in a crash in El Cajon. The accident occurred on the evening of February 3 on South First Street.

A sedan was making a turn into a driveway on South First Street, near Lexington Avenue, when it hit a man who was riding a bicycle. The man suffered a head injury and a possible broken leg. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
