Hit and Run Crash in Huntington Park Leads to Fatality, Criminal Charges

Huntington Park, CA (October 21, 2018) – A man was killed in a hit and run accident in Huntington Park. The fatal crash occurred on the morning of October 21 on Alameda Street.

A 28-year-old man driving a scooter similar to a Vespa was hit and killed in in the 7000 block of Alameda Street. The man on the scooter died at the accident scene. The driver had initially fled the scene, but later returned to retrieve his vehicle’s front bumper.

The 30-year-old man was arrested. He faces multiple charges, including drunk driving, felony hit and run and manslaughter.
