Man Killed in Crash on Astoria Street


Pickup Truck Hits Victim in Wheelchair in Fatal Sylmar Accident 

Sylmar, CA (August 11, 2020) – A man in a wheelchair was killed in a crash in Sylmar. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of August 11 on Astoria Street.

A man in a wheelchair was hit by a Ford F-250 pickup truck in the 13900 block of Astoria Street. The man was ejected from his wheelchair. Emergency crews arrived, but the man died at the accident scene. The driver of the truck remained at the crash site.
