Man Killed in Crash on East Keyes Road On-Ramp


Victim Hit by Car in Fatal Keyes Accident

Keyes, CA (September 23, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed in a crash in Keyes. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of September 23 on the East Keyes Road on-ramp to Highway 99. 

A Nissan sedan driven by Matthew Higle, 34, of Ceres, was trying to go onto the highway when it hit the pedestrian. Emergency crews responded and found the male pedestrian lying in the roadway. He died at the accident scene. Higle was not injured.
