Fog Causes Fatal Salinas Accident

Salinas, CA (October 6, 2020) – A man was killed in a crash in Salinas. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of October 6 on Espinosa Road.

An 18-year-old man was driving on Espinosa Road in fog and low visibility. While driving near Christensen Road, the teen collided with a truck pulling a lettuce harvesting machine. The teen became pinned under the harvester. He was killed in the crash.
